Terms and Conditions

1.The basics

RadiusAI helps students build job-specific CVs, cover letters and outreach emails. By creating an account or buying credits, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use RadiusAI.

2.Your account

• You must be 16 or older, and give accurate details when you register
• You verify your email with a one-time code; accounts onboarded through a university also need that institution’s approval
• Keep one account, keep your password private, and don’t share or sell your account or its credits

3.Credits and payment

RadiusAI is pay per kit, not a subscription. You buy credits, and generating a document spends them.

• Prices are in INR and payments are handled by Razorpay — we never store your card details
• Credits don’t expire, but they have no cash value and can’t be transferred
• Price changes never affect credits you’ve already bought

4.Refunds

Credits land in your account instantly, so credits you’ve already spent aren’t refundable. But we’ll always fix our own mistakes:

• Paid but no credits showing? We’ll add them or refund you in full
• Generation failed on our side? We’ll restore the credit
• Unused credits — write to us within 7 days and we’ll consider a refund

5.AI output is a draft, not a promise

Everything RadiusAI generates is written by AI. It can be wrong, dated or generic.

• Read and edit every document before you send it — what goes out under your name is your responsibility
• Don’t use RadiusAI to claim qualifications or experience you don’t have
• ATS scores are our own estimate, and we can’t promise interviews, offers or placements

6.Your content stays yours

Your profile answers, uploaded CVs and generated documents belong to you. You give us permission to process them only to run the service for you, and you confirm you have the right to upload what you upload.

7.Fair use

Please don’t:

• Upload someone else’s CV or personal data without their permission
• Resell RadiusAI or run it as a paid service for others
• Use bots or scripts, or try to get around credit limits
• Try to access other users’ accounts or data

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

8.Liability and law

RadiusAI is provided “as is”. We aim to keep it available and accurate, but we’re not liable for lost opportunities, offers or earnings arising from your use of it. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

9.Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product changes — the date at the top always shows the current version, and we’ll tell you before anything material takes effect.
